Five details that make a sprue-bushing RFQ quotable.
A PDF or 3D model is the best starting point. If the drawing is incomplete, mark the known dimensions and use these checkpoints to show what still needs technical confirmation.
- Nozzle interface
- Confirm the machine-nozzle radius, inlet radius, contact face and any required sealing or seating detail.
- Sprue bore and flow path
- Show the inlet diameter, outlet diameter, taper, internal finish and the full flow-path length.
- Flange and mold seating
- Dimension the flange diameter and thickness, outside fit, head profile, locating step and overall length.
- Material and heat treatment
- State the material, target hardness, heat treatment and surface requirements, or ask JHD to review the application.
- Quantity and delivery
- Provide sample and production quantity, destination country and the required delivery date for a practical quotation.

Complete Mold-Component BOM
Add the sprue bushing to one complete mold-component BOM quotation.
Upload the BOM, available drawings and quantities. JHD reviews the sprue bushing together with the other standard and drawing-based mold components, then returns one consolidated quotation.
