03Which BOM and drawing formats can I upload?＋
The RFQ form accepts XLSX, XLS, CSV, PDF, STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG and ZIP files up to 10 MB.
04Is there a minimum order quantity?＋
Sample quantities and production orders are both reviewed. The practical minimum depends on the component, material and manufacturing process.
05How quickly will I receive a quotation?＋
JHD normally follows up within one business day after receiving enough technical information. Complex parts may require a drawing review first.
