How JHD handles contact, order and drawing information submitted through this website.

Information is used to review specifications, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange delivery, provide after-sales support and protect the website from abuse.
Technical drawings
Customer drawings and reference files are stored privately and are used only for quotation, production review and order fulfillment. They are not published on the public website. Buyers can mark a submission as confidential and may request deletion when the record is no longer required for an active order or legal obligation.
Website measurement
The website records limited first-party events such as page views, product-page visits and quotation submissions. These records contain the page path, language, referrer and a random session identifier used only to connect steps within the current browsing session. The identifier is not based on your IP address and is used to improve the site and quotation flow. Its browser copy is discarded when the browser session ends; the pseudonymous server-side measurement record follows the retention policy below. These measurement records do not store the contents of your drawing.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is disabled until you choose Accept analytics. If enabled, it receives non-sensitive page and conversion events so we can understand website performance. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company, message, drawing or order details to Google Analytics. You may withdraw your choice at any time below.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to fulfill an order, such as payment or logistics providers. Records are retained for legitimate business, quality and legal purposes.
