Standard products follow the selected SKU. Non-standard parts follow the final drawing or specification approved by both parties. Buyers must review dimensions, material, hardness, treatment and quantity before approval.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in the stated currency. Freight, tax, duties and banking charges may be confirmed separately. Production or dispatch may require cleared payment according to the agreed payment terms.
Quality and claims
JHD inspects products against the confirmed specification. Any claim should include the order number, affected quantity, clear photographs and measurement evidence within the agreed inspection period.
Intellectual property
Buyer-provided drawings remain the buyer's property. JHD website content, branding and original photographs may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
