Guide Pins for Injection and Stamping Molds
Guide pins align moving mold plates and must be reviewed together with the mating bushing and mounting condition. Quote a standard reference, an approved drawing or the known dimensions as part of one mold-components BOM.
Guide Bushings Matched to Your Mold and Guide Pins
Guide bushings control alignment and sliding contact around the guide pin. A useful quotation identifies the mounting style, mating fit and lubrication arrangement instead of treating the bushing as an isolated diameter.
Ejector sleeves release molded features around a core pin, so the bore, wall section, working end and mating core must be reviewed as one functional set. Standard references and drawing-based sleeves can be included in the same BOM quotation.
A locating ring aligns the injection mold with the machine platen and nozzle area. Quotation should follow the machine interface, mounting pattern and sprue-bushing relationship rather than the outside diameter alone.
Mold springs are selected by system, load class, dimensions and permitted working compression rather than color alone. Add the full series or known selection data to the BOM so alternatives are not assumed during quotation.
Use this category for non-standard mold components that cannot be identified by a complete catalog code. A controlled drawing, material requirement and inspection basis allow each line to be reviewed without inventing missing manufacturing details.
